Le Domaine offers a range of facilities for the benefit of the residents. Many of these are centralised in the Club de Vie, a purpose-built two storey building housing a restaurant, a bar with a large screen for sports events, a library, lounges, a cinema, activity rooms, a billiards/snooker table, a well-equipped gym, a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
Also located in the Club de Vie are a hairdresser and a health hydro. For the keen walker or those who prefer a gentle stroll, there are several kilometres of safe paths along the many waterways, from which the abundant bird life and landscaped gardens may be viewed.

ESTATE MANAGEMENT
Le Domaine is controlled by a Board of Trustees elected by the Body Corporate (owners). The Trustees are charged with the responsibility of setting policies and financial budgets which include the determination of monthly levies for the efficient running of the Estate.
A management team headed by an Estate Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Estate to provide financial accounting services, maintenance of common property including gardens and waterways, as well as the provision of electrical and water services.
